Beard’s Framing and Frame Central are proud to support TEDx Portland with their first ever Artist-in-Residence Program. The work of artist Kyra Watkins, showcased at L’Atelier Yaffe Gallery, inspires us, creates a deeper sense of community, and uplifts the Year 13 Class of Speakers & Performers.

Together, we will lift up ordinary people with extraordinary ideas to create an indelible moment in time. We are proud to have partnered with TEDx to provide the framing for this event.

Kyra Watkins is a Cincinnati native/Portland-based artist who began her art practice as a mural apprentice at the age of 15.

Witnessing first hand how access and opportunity levels the playing field for young people, Kyra has been inspired to engage with the youth through art.
