Exclusions for Sales & Special Offers

These are our general terms for sales and promotions at Beard’s Framing, Frame Central and Museum Quality Framing retail locations. These exclusions always apply unless specifically stated otherwise on the coupon:

Offers are not combinable and exclude work in progress, clearance, special orders, special framing packages including Simple Custom and the Jersey Frame Package, gift cards, DIY and Cut & Carry. Valid in-store only at any of our locations.


Email and Mailers

Email
By signing up for our email newsletter you are giving us permission to send you marketing offers via email. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing webmaster@pnwframing.com.

Print Mailers
We occasionally send out print postcards containing special offers. If you would prefer not to receive these offers, please email the name and address in question to webmaster@pnwframing.com and we will add it to our Do Not Mail list.


Unbeatable Guarantee

We guarantee custom framing at our retail stores in the following ways:

DESIGN GUARANTEE: If you are not completely satisfied with your custom framing, just come back within 30 days and we’ll reframe it absolutely free – up to the full price of the original project design.

WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE: The quality of our custom framing and workmanship is fully guaranteed for a lifetime.


Privacy

Northwest Framing does not collect or store any personal information of its website users. (We’re not smart enough to figure out how to do that, we’re just picture framers.) Northwest Framing does use Google Analytics cookies to track traffic on our website. Google’s policies are here.


Liability Statement

This statement is in regards to custom framing orders. The customer is aware of the following:
New NWF LLC (hereafter “the store”), will not refund nor credit any amount on cancelled custom framing orders.

The condition of art or articles upon delivery is the responsibility of the customer and said condition, along with value of articles, is noted on the Art Condition Report, a separate document.

The store receives these items for the purpose of framing and/or repairs of previous framing and does not serve as the insurer of these items.

The customer acknowledges that any art or item with a value in excess of $2,500 is covered by the customer’s home owner’s insurance policy or a separate art rider provided by the customer’s insurer which coverage insures against all loss or damage.

Any loss due to store’s negligence is limited to the actual cost of replacement and is not to exceed the value listed on the Art Condition Report.

In no event shall the store be liable for an amount greater than $2,500 regardless of the value stated.

In no instance shall the store be responsible for any consequential loss or damage.

If the customer’s property is unclaimed for more than 90 days following the completion of work, the store is authorized to dispose of same in accordance with law.
