Florals for Spring

Spring Style Guide

Spring! The sun is starting to peek through the windows, shining on the art and photography we love so much. There’s something about this time of year that turns our attention to botanicals and florals. But this traditional theme doesn’t have to inspire traditional artwork. Here’s a few new favorites discovered on Instagram that put a fresh twist on the classic floral art print.

You can create your own floral grouping using ordinary phone photos and the right filter. Our favorite photo editing app is Snapseed, available for both Android and iPhone, free from Google. It offers a set of lovely premade filters plus easy ways to do your own more advanced photo editing. Here’s three photos given a romantic look using the “Bright” filter.

We can print and frame those photos online or at one of our shops. Create an affordable gallery wall using our Simple Custom program, or create completely personalized designs selected from our hundreds of available mouldings.

Of course, the framing on a floral print can dramatically enhance its beauty. Over the years we’ve framed thousands of botanicals, but here’s just a few to get your design gears turning.
