METAL PRINTS

With our metal ChromaPrints™ your image is printed onto a special transfer paper and is then transferred to a coated aluminum panel using heat. This process creates a clear, crisp, vibrant, and durable print. All ChromaPrints feature rounded corners and are water, scratch, and fade resistant. They can come ready to hang, sit on a desk, or be framed for that extra special touch. They are available in three finishes: gloss white, matte white, and clear matte. Sizes for ChromaPrints range from 3×3″ panels (with no backer frame), all the way up to 40×60″ and are .045″ thick.

Gloss White: colors pop and details come to life with the white base and thick high-gloss coating. This is an excellent finish for any subject, including landscapes, nature, action photos, water scenes, and more. The image is infused onto a high-gloss finish on a pure white base coat for a full range of values and hues.

Matte White: when surface reflection is a concern for portraits or larger format prints, this option is a great choice. The surface provides a rich, smooth finish where colors can come alive with perfect subtlety.  If you are hanging in a space with saturated light and glare is an issue, this option works well. Colors will be softer than with the gloss white, which is a natural property of matte finish surfaces.

Clear Matte: this option has an aluminum base which helps avoid reflection and brings out the image’s beauty. Display fine art or landscape images under direct light and watch images come to life. It lends well to a vintage aesthetic with black and white and sepia-toned images. It’s also a great use for signage.

ChromaMini: a smaller aluminum panel, these can range in size from 3×3″ to 10×10″ and come with a stand to display them much like a tabletop photo frame. Print several and switch them out with photos of family, friends, fur babies, and holidays.

Hanging your ChromaPrint is easy with various options for hanging such as a backer frame & wire, or drilled holes in the metal (in all four corners or top left and right corners only) using stand-offs which come in black, silver, and gold.
